Job Description
Aajivika Global Skill Private Limited is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable IT Computer Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented computer and IT training to students and learners.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, practical knowledge of computer applications, and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students.
- Teach computer fundamentals, MS Office, Internet, and other IT-related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Provide individual guidance and support to learners.
- Conduct assessments, tests, and practical evaluations.
- Monitor student performance and maintain training records.
- Keep learners updated with relevant technology and industry practices.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams.
- Support skill-development and career-oriented training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Internet, computer fundamentals, and common software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and teaching abilities.
- Ability to work with students from different educational backgrounds.
- Previous teaching or training experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant IT certifications will have an advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
