Job Description

Aajivika Global Skill Private Limited is seeking a responsible and result-oriented Skill Development Center Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of its training center and ensure smooth delivery of education and skill-development programs.

The candidate will coordinate with trainers, students, management, and external partners while ensuring effective implementation of training programs and maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the skill development and training center.
  • Coordinate training schedules, batches, classrooms, and trainers.
  • Monitor student attendance, performance, and overall progress.
  • Coordinate admissions, counseling, and student onboarding.
  • Maintain student, trainer, and center-related records.
  • Ensure training programs are conducted according to organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for course delivery.
  • Organize assessments, workshops, seminars, and career-oriented activities.
  • Support placement and industry-connect initiatives.
  • Communicate with students, parents, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
  • Assist in promoting training programs and increasing student enrollment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and team-management abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with vocational training or government/skill-development programs will be an advantage.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working with students and community-level stakeholders.
