National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), an autonomous scientific society of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India is implementing the project "Skill Development of youths in Aspirational Districts in area of IECT leading to enhancement in Employability".
The program aims to conduct Skill Development training of 21,600 SC / ST / EWS (Women) youths belonging to 60 Aspirational Districts in the area of IT & Electronics over a period of 3-years.
Empowering youth across 10 Aspirational Districts in Jharkhand
Dumka, Giridih, Godda, Gumla, Khunti, Lohardaga, Pakur, Ranchi, Sahibganj and Ramgarh identified by NITI Aayog as Aspirational Districts.
360 youth per district belonging to SC / ST / EWS (Woman) categories to be trained over three years.
Various NSQF aligned skill development training programmes ranging from 200 to 350 hours of duration.
Industry-aligned courses designed to enhance employability and skill development
All courses are offered at zero cost to candidates, making skill development accessible to everyone.
